WHEN YOU FIND IT WRITTEN IN THE US CONSTITUTION THAT ENGLISH SHALL BE SEEN AS THE OFFICIAL NATIONAL LANGUAGE, THEN YOU CAN USE YOUR POOR REPRESENTATION OF IT TO SPEAK POORLY OF THOSE WHO ACTUALLY HAVE THE INTELLECT TO HOUSE MORE THAN A PARTIAL AMOUNT OF JUST ONE LANGUAGE IN THEIR MIND.
