Welcome Home
Wow,
Been home for a few days now, my diet has been shot out the window:
Weddings will end you health wise.
The fact that I had a turkey sub with crab ON TOP of it, I’m asking for death.
This is after last nights dinner: Chicken Parmesan Steamed Veggies Fried Potatoes Lasagna Long Island Ice Tea [rough night] Tiramisu cake and bon-bons Chocolate cake Cup of coffee
I puked last night...
Bad Deal
After giving it some thought…
I think it took two days for me to ingest 1200 calories…
That’s bad. I’ve got to start eating again.

SHOES!
Sad day :(
I’ve totaled out the mileage on my running shoes. Looks like it is time to make another…”investment”…

Attempting to get this video feed to work:
Let’s face it, we all enjoy chocolate, it’s called being human.
However, not all chocolate is the same, check out this bit from Runner’s World on what to look for, for the better, bitter chocolate.
Note: Unfortunately for most of us, healthier chocolate is one of the foods that comes with a higher financial price.

To Gym Or Not To Gym
This is a interesting notion:
Tomorrow is my last day in the Ozarks, packing up, moving, getting out of here and moving north. With that though comes a interesting complexity of thoughts:
Shut off electricity Shut off internet Close lease End gym membership?
I have a membership with the local YMCA [it’s a new building, so everything is super nice], and I’m moving to a town of 1000...

Anonymous asked: Okay, I know that was an older post, but Sugar in the Raw is a bunch of hype. You're paying more for the exact same thing (sugar). Use real sugar, honey, maple syrup, or Stevia (real Stevia, not Truvia!).

Transition
Transitions can be rough, it’s just a fact of life [at least in my mind]. My apartment was packed up this weekend, I’ve been moved back ‘home’, and I’m going to be ‘down there’ for three more days.
Then it is all over.
The rough part is that through all this transitioning, working out, aside from some anger issues, has been pushed to the back. So,...

Anonymous asked: Obviously, we all know who you are talking about. All you are doing is fueling the rumors. Some things ARE not worth sharing. Best to keep some things to yourself.

My newest page over at Wordpress, while there is some food/exercise thoughts in there, but it is primarily my thoughts in rebuilding my life, post-divorce. Take a look over there, listen to my videos from the night, and feel free to comment either here or there, I welcome it all.

Rage Running
Got off work, did some writing over at FilingThePapers, and while on my way the apartment, started to get irritated about the past month. Naturally I went into ‘rage running’ mode. Basically meaning that I needed to blow off steam.
So, I started at 12:30 this morning.
2:00am finally hit, 5 miles had been logged, I am dead tired, emotionally worn out, and ready to watch some World...

Slow Learner
Ok, so I’m a slow learner. I just learned that people can ask me questions…SO ASK ME QUESTIONS!!!
Anyways, a bit of a lowdown on my life:
A. My wife left me, she filed for a divorce, said I cheated on her and is gone [no I did not cheat on her].
B. Signed a teaching contract, but I just got a corporate offer from Subway [made sandwiches for 7 years], including a company car, phone,...
Burger King
Wife left me.
Stopped running.
Eating BK.
Need motivation.
